+ Can I change or cancel my booking after confirmed booking?

In case you need to cancel your booking, you must do so 14 days in advance to receive a refund! Due to logistics it is only possible to reschedule latest 7 days in advance! This is the ONLY cancellation policy we have. Please only book if you know you can use the booking.

+ What if it's raining/snowing/windy?

Not to worry. Almost any kind of weather has its own charm. Even if the weather is cold, you won't be cold in our Hot Tubs which are heated to 40°C/104°F. Should safety issues due to weather conditions occur, Little Siberia will cancel the event and you will get a refund!

+ Are there any changing facilities?

We have wooden lodges for changing clothes and storage.

+ Do you have shower facilities?

Please shower before arrival please! Please do inform everybody in your group! Yes we do have showers

+ Can I book a specific tub?

No, the daily setup depends entirely on what bookings we have received for the day and it is unfortunately not possible for our guests to choose a specific hot tub.

+ What are the general guidelines for the area?

For everybody to be comfortable, please note that screaming and shouting, nakedness or drunkenly disorder will not be accepted. Please share this important info with members of your group!

+ What are your opening hours?

Mondays and Tuesdays are closed. We are open Wednesday to Sunday. The opening hours are dependent on the season, since we are open longer in summer and spring due to the longer daylight hours. You can always check our homepage for the current opening hours.

+ Can I celebrate my stag-hen/bachelor's party at Little Siberia?

We don't accept bachelor parties.

+ What should I bring?

Bikini/swimsuit, shorts, flip-flops and maybe a woolly hat in the winter. Use of a towel is included in the price.

+ Are there any age restrictions?

For the Saunas or Stationary Hot Tubs you have to be at least 6 years old.

+ I have signed up for the waiting list. When is my booking confirmed?

When you are signed up to our waiting list, you have signed up to receive an e-mail if there are any cancellations on the specific activity. There is no commitment by signing up to our waiting list. When an activity has cancellations we send out an e-mail to everybody on the waiting list informing them about it. Then you can choose to book the activity and after you have paid for the activity, your booking is confirmed.

+ Do you have any toilets?

Yes a couple of normal toilets.

+ We are very small - can we fit more than 6 persons in the tub?

Unfortunately not! The number of people in a Hot Tub is 6 participants and the number is there to secure the quality of the product - But you are welcome to contact us.

+ Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Until further notice you can bring your own whine and beers

+ We are only going to be two people, what's the price for a Hot tub?

We have two types of service, private bookings and Social Hours. All our private bookings have fixed prices. That means the price stays the same regardless of whether you are e.g. 1 or 5 people. You can pay per person for our HotDay sessions, where you share the opened Panoramic Sauna and Hot Tub facilities with our other guests.

+ What is the alcohol policy?

No guests are allowed in the area if suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances and your spa/sauna will be cancelled without a refund! As we do sell alcohol on site, you are allowed to consume alcohol (responsibly) during your stay at The Harbour Bath.

+ Is it possible to park my car nearby?

Yes, there is a big parking lot in front but it is payed parking (Apcoa or Easypark apps is needed). If you park on the Refshalevej road there is free parking.

+ How long does it take to get to the airport from Little Siberia?

Public transport from Little Siberia the airport metro station is about 40 minutes including walking to the bus. If you take a taxi it is about 20 minutes.

+ What if I’m pregnant?

We kindly have to ask you to contact your own doctor and pose that question. Make sure you get a go-ahead before visiting us.

Our Hot Tubs and Sauna do have a temperature that is above your own body temperature.

+ Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, but no animals allowed.

+ Can I wear jewelry in the hot tubs/sauna?

We kindly advise not to. The company cannot be held liable for any damages to or loss of your personal belongings. You can lock them in your changing room during your visit.

+ Can I videotape or take pictures for non private use?

That is not allowed, You can allways contact us in advance to ask about possibilities.
